CREDIT AND ATTRIBUTION
You must provide clear and visible credit for the commissioned work in any public or published use.

RIGHT TO REFUSE
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not allowed once the project has commenced. In cases where I am unable to complete the work, a partial or full refund may be issued at my discretion.

PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTION
I retain the right to display commissioned works in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested and agreed upon prior to project initiation.

USAGE RIGHTS
Commissioned works are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
You may not modify, resell, or reproduce the work without explicit permission.
You are prohibited from claiming the work as your own.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full or partial payment is required upfront, as agreed during the commission discussion. Work will not commence until payment is received.

REVISIONS
The number of revisions is limited and will be agreed upon before starting the project. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

DELIVERY
Completion times will be estimated at the start of the project. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for providing clear instructions, references, and any other necessary information for the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

PROHIBITED USES
The commissioned work must not be used for anything illegal, offensive, or defamatory. It may not be minted as an NFT or used in blockchain-related projects without prior consent.
